Descent2 ™ 

Descent2 is probably the coolest shoot 'em up game around (since the arcade game Defender back then) for the PC. I'd love to try this one with a VR helmet... Well, some day. It is made by Interplay and features fast 3D play and good sound. BUT... get a modern PC for it (modern = made within the last three months... ).

There are many "extras" available on the net for it, go to AltaVista and search for "Descent2".   

And I hope the XMas man will bring me Descent 3 sooon!
